This is the 2026 Operation Hiking Home expedition, designed to inspire veterans to transition home after their wartime service through hiking America's trails. Additionally, it is a fundraiser for Warrior Expeditions, a veteran-owned non-profit.

FEET LEAD TO MILES!

Trekking Solo operates with a bias towards action, discipline, and self-responsibility. Whatever the expedition, be it a long trek or transitioning home from wartime service, the approach is the same. Take purposeful action daily to make continuous incremental gains and take responsibility for setbacks as well as achievements.

Just as ounces become pounds weighing a pack down,

feet lead to miles towards the objective.
